Rob Jones

Hi, I'm Rob: I'm a born and bred New Zealander.

As a filmmaker i think it is important to retain as objective a stance as
possible, so throughout the documentation process i will strive to record
all views equally. I am personally interested in globalisation; both the
positive and negativel effects.

I believe more needs to be done to promote contact between different
cultural groups to prevent misunderstandings and mistrust. If this can be
achieved i believe Wellington's multicultural makeup can play a role in
enrichening the city's environment by providing a braoad range of cultural
experiences.

I am very interested in this project from a film making perspective. I look
forward to improving my skills, meeting others with similar interests and
the exciting possibilities in documenting an artists processes.

I recently graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Design. I
majored in Digital Video Design and am currently involving myself in as many
project as possible so that i may gain experience in all aspects of the film
making process.
